Is breakfast included in the price?
For all stays at four star Grand Hotel Baglioni a buffet breakfast
is included in the room price.
Do you have a pickup service from the airport?
No, but we can arrange a private car upon request for which a
supplement is payable depending on how many people and how many
bags are travelling.
Is the Internet available in the room and hotel?
The hotel has a Wi-Fi zone and there are Internet connection points
in the rooms which means you can surf the web using your own personal
computer or laptop.
Do the rooms and apartments have direct dial telephones?
Yes - we are a four star hotel with first class amenities and
services.
Which languages are spoken at reception?
English, French, German, Spanish and of course Italian are all
spoken.
Where are the nearest airports?
Florence airport is 8Km away and Pisa’s is 80Km.
Where is the nearest train station?
Santa Maria Novella, Florence’s main station, is five hundred
meters away.
Can we rent a car at the hotel reception?
Yes there is a car rental service in reception.
Is there satellite TV in the rooms?
All rooms have satellite television.
Do you have more private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are both private and romantic.
Do you have a gym?
No, we do not.
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?
Yes, the "Terrazza Brunelleschi" is our panoramic rooftop
restaurant.
Do you have rooms that allow smoking?
We do have smoking rooms.
Do you have parking facilities at the hotel?
There is a garage service available for around 30 euro.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check out before midday, check in after one.
Are pets welcome in the hotel?
Yes small pet are allowed.
Can the bill be paid on arrival?
The bill can be settled on arrival or departure.
Are all the floors accessed by an elevator?
All five floors are serviced by elevators.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Unfortunately not although we do have a lovely roof top terrace
with stunning panaromic views of Florence, Italy
Do the rooms have terraces or courtyards?
Hardly any rooms have a terrace however, there is a public terrace
on the roof directly above the restaurant.
Do all the rooms have balconies?
Many rooms have their own private bathroom.
Does Air conditioning cost extra?
Air conditioning is included in the room price in all rooms.
